Mathura. The dispute of the Shahi Masjid Idgah, built near Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura, UP, is going on in the court. Now a dispute has also arisen over another mosque built near it. The All India Hindu Mahasabha has also called this mosque illegal. The Mahasabha claims that the Meena Masjid was built illegally on 13.37 acres of land owned by Thakur Keshavdev. Dinesh Sharma, treasurer of Hindu Mahasabha has claimed in the court that Meena Masjid is illegal encroachment. Recently a new construction has been done here. This is also wrong. The court has been sought to intervene in this regard and remove illegal encroachments. Dinesh Sharma has said in the case filed in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division of Mathura that Mughal emperor Aurangzeb encroached upon the temple built on Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi as a royal Idgah by demolishing it.
They allege that Aurangzeb’s descendants built the Meena Masjid on the eastern boundary of the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi temple. This is wrong and the mosque should be removed. The Secretary of the Sunni Waqf Board and the Meena Masjid Management Committee have been made parties in the case. A hearing in this regard is to be held in the court on October 26. Dinesh Sharma has welcomed the verdict of the Varanasi District Judge, who came yesterday in the Gyanvapi Masjid case. He expressed hope that in the light of this decision, the court of Mathura will also give its verdict and the order 7 Rule 11 which has been cited by the opposition will be rejected.
At the same time, Advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh, President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyas told the Hindi newspaper ‘Amar Ujala’ that he is getting a copy of the order 7 Rule 11 of the court in the case of Shringar Gauri in Kashi Vishwanath. Huh. These copies will be handed over to the court of Mathura in the matters of Meena Masjid and Shahi Idgah. He said that the claim of the Hindus has been corroborated by the decision of the District Judge of Varanasi.
