In saying that the situation may become dire in the near future, in view of which now Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav is going to take a big step.

But, before that you should know that Ashwini Vaishnav is going to introduce a new Telecom Bill in the coming days. Along with this, he has also talked about changes in cyber laws. He tweeted and said that ‘We are coming up with an edition of the Data Protection Bill. Work is also being done on the Digital India Act at a fast pace. We are making the online world more accountable.

In this direction, today he said that we are fully committed towards changing the cyber laws. Bills in this direction will also be introduced in the Parliament in the coming days. There is every possibility that an agreement will be reached on this as well. He further said that keeping in view the existing cyber woes, the need to introduce a new bill with the demand for changes in cyber laws has been personally felt by Ashwini Vaishnav himself.
