Hyderabad. The terrorist attack plot in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, has failed. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has busted the conspiracy by arresting three terrorists including Abdul Zahid from Hyderabad. It is being told that these three terrorists, including Abdul Zahid, were preparing to carry out terrorist attacks at the behest of Pakistani terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba and its intelligence agency ISI. The NIA has registered a case against the three terrorists in this case under sections of the stringent UAPA law. Earlier, NIA has been arresting anti-national elements by raiding several places including Hyderabad.
According to NIA sources, the three terrorists, including Abdul Zahid, were about to carry out the terrorist attacks in Hyderabad itself. Zahid and his associates were also doing Reiki etc. to carry out the terrorist attacks. The NIA is currently interrogating all three. NIA is also preparing to take them on its remand by presenting them in the court. At present, the terrorists are not expected to get any kind of relief from the court due to the imposition of sections of the UAPA law. NIA sources claim that concrete evidence has been found from Abdul Zahid and the other two terrorists.
NIA had raided many places in Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka in the past. This action was taken by the NIA against the terrorist and drug business. Many accused were also arrested in this action. Earlier last year, the NIA had launched two large-scale campaigns against the Popular Front of India (PFI), which is involved in terrorist and anti-national activities. All the big leaders of PFI were arrested under these campaigns. It was then revealed that the PFI was preparing to make India an Islamic nation by the year 2047.
