Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios has revealed that he had thoughts of suicide in 2019. He was away from his family and was intoxicated. It was a very difficult time for him. He didn’t feel like coming out of his bed. He won the men’s doubles title at the Australian Open last month. Kyrgios shared his photo on Instagram with a lengthy caption, showing how he hurt himself.
In the photo of the 2019 Australian Open, he has shown that he hurt his hand. However, later the 26-year-old tennis star made a spectacular comeback and now won the Grand Slam.
Kyrgios wrote “Three years ago at the Australian Open, I was like this. Most people would think I was mentally fine and enjoying my life… it was the worst time of my life. If you look carefully You will see a mark on my right hand. I had hurt myself. I used to have suicidal thoughts. I was really struggling to get out of bed. Let’s talk about playing in front of millions of people. ”
Kyrgios continued, “I was lonely, depressed, negative, drunk, a drug addict. I had distanced myself from my family and friends. I felt like I couldn’t talk to anyone and trust anybody.” ”
Kyrgios’s performance in the last few years is excellent

He told that he was not talking openly and was venting anger on the people close to him. Because of this he went into depression. However, now he has completely changed himself and looks at everything with a different perspective. Along with this, he offered help to those people who are currently facing such situations.
He wrote “I know everyday life can feel downright tiring. You may feel like it’s impossible to live on. I understand that you might feel weak or intimidated if you talk openly Can be felt. Kyrgios, ranked 137 in the world tennis rankings, is not the first player to speak openly on the subject.
