Total 16 umpires in world cup
A total of 16 umpires will serve in the World Cup. These include all 12 umpires from the ICC’s Emirates Elite Panel and four members of the ICC Emerging Umpires Panel.Dharamsena, Marais Erasmus and Rod Tucker are three of the four umpires appointed for the final of the World Cup 2019 at Lord’s. . Only Aleem Dar is not included in this list. He had resigned from the elite panel in March this year.
Four match referees from the ICC Elite Panel, Jeff Crowe, Andy Pycroft, Richie Richardson and Srinath will serve in the World Cup. Umpires and match referees have been announced for all the matches of the league stage. Match officials for the semi-finals and final will be announced later.
