If the first tea in the morning is not good, then the mood remains bad the whole day and if you get good tea, then the day becomes wonderful. Most people like milk tea and many people also drink lemon tea. Apart from this, there are many types of tea, which are beneficial for our health.

Cinnamon tea
Cinnamon tea has many health benefits. There are many benefits of drinking cinnamon tea before sleeping at night. It increases metabolism and cinnamon tea has many antioxidant and antibiotic properties. You can take cinnamon tea with honey. This will keep you healthy and also make you feel refreshed. It requires a cup of hot water and a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and mix these things together. Drink it half an hour before you are going to sleep.

Fenugreek tea
Fenugreek seeds tea: If you want to lose weight, you can make tea with fenugreek seeds and water. According to doctors, drinking fenugreek seeds soaked in water reduces obesity. Fenugreek produces heat in the body and burns fat. Fenugreek seeds contain antacid, which also strengthens the digestive process. You can drink ground fenugreek seeds soaked in water half or one hour before sleeping.

Turmeric Tea
To make turmeric tea, first boil two cups of water. Put one inch long turmeric root in this water and if there is no root, then add one teaspoon turmeric powder. After boiling this water for 2 to 3 minutes, pour it in a cup and add honey and black pepper powder. Drink this tea every morning before breakfast.

Chamomile tea
If you want to lose weight, drink chamomile tea. Chamomile is a herb that is full of medicinal properties. It contains calcium and potassium. Take a glass of hot water and add chamomile to it and drink it half an hour before sleeping.
