No More Work From Home: The COVID-19 epidemic is coming to an end and with it the work from home is also ending. Most of the companies have started calling their employees to office. The latest news is that now the country’s leading IT companies have also started work from office for their employees. TCS, Wipro, Infosys are prominent among the companies which have abolished work from home. Let us tell you, after the weakening of the third wave of Corona, the central government had also asked the employees to return to the office, allowing them to end the work from home.
Work from home ends in TCS
TCS has introduced Remote Working Policy, in which the employee will be asked to work from the base location even if he is selected for work from home. In an email sent to its employees, the company said that staff should work from home at their ‘deputation’ locations, even if they continue to work remotely. Let us tell you, after the outbreak of the pandemic, the company first formulated its 25-by-25 strategy, which stated that at any given time by 2025, a quarter of its employees would work from offices.
in Wipro Hybrid mode applied
According to reports, IT company Wipro has asked its officers and employees who have received both doses of the vaccine to return to the office. However, they will be asked to continue working in hybrid mode, which means they will be called twice a week.
Infosys called the employees to the office like this
Infosys has asked its employees to come to the office in person once or twice a week. Richard Lobo, executive vice president, head HR, Infosys, said the company is working on a hybrid model in which around 40-50 per cent of the workforce is being called to office.
