The contract for the Noida International Airport has been awarded to Ratan Tata-led Tata Group. Tata Projects, the group’s infrastructure and construction company, has outperformed other big companies in line to pick it up. It is worth noting that Larsen & Toubro and Cyrus Mistry’s Shapoorji Pallonji Group were also in the race for this contract.

According to the report, Yamuna International Airport Private Limited (YIAPL) has selected Tata Projects. The possibility of starting the Noida airport in 24 is being expressed. Zurich Airport is making a major investment of Rs 5,700 crore in the first phase of this airport to be built under a public-private partnership. Noida International Airport and Tata Projects jointly shared this information on Friday.
Tata will complete these works
Tata Projects will construct terminals, runways, airside infrastructure, roads, utilities, landsite facilities and other buildings at Noida International Airport, the statement said. According to the report, once the construction of Noida International Airport is completed, it will become the largest airport in the country. Let us inform that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation stone of Noida International Airport in Jewar on 25 November 2021 last year. It is estimated to cost around 20,000 crores.
