Jaipur. A big achievement in the world is going to be made in the name of Rajasthan Railways. The only high speed test railway track in the entire country is being built in Rajasthan. The maximum speed of the upcoming high speed trains will be tested on this track. Trains will run on this track at a maximum speed of 220 kilometers per hour. This railway track is completely different from other railway tracks. This track is being built in Sambhar under Jodhpur Railway Division. This track is being built at some height from the ground. Actually, future high speed trains will be tested on this track. This track is being made first straight, then on the bridge and then curved, so that the rail can be tested from every angle.
Ready in first phase 20 kilometers
In the coming times, from promised India to bullet trains, all will be seen running at high speeds in India. In such a situation, before running high-speed trains on regular railway tracks, a special track was needed on which the trains could be tested. This railway track will be 64 kilometers long. 20 kilometers have been built in the first phase. The rest is claimed to be ready by December 2025. Not only this, if the North Western Railway is to be believed, not only the trains of the country but also other countries of the world will be able to test their trains here.
The cost will be Rs 800 crore
This 64 kilometer long railway track will cost Rs 800 crore. This is the first railway track to be built in the entire country for which Rajasthan has been selected. By the end of the coming year, testing of high-speed trains will begin here. Racks of high speed trains from across the country will be brought here. It will be assembled here and then its trial will take place. The whole country is waiting for the completion of this track and also wants to see the trains running at high speed.
