Jaipur Rural. Obesity has become a big problem in today’s times. If it is not got rid of in time, then obesity can cause many health problems. Obesity causes diseases like heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and joint pain.

Nursing Officer Mukesh Lora said that obesity is usually caused by unhealthy diet, low physical activity, and genetic reasons. For its treatment, it is important to have a balanced diet, regular exercise, and seek medical advice if necessary.

Obesity is the root cause of diseases
Nursing officer Mukesh Lora said that obesity is the root cause of many diseases. Many diseases like blood pressure, heart attack, diabetes, breathlessness, arthritis etc. affect obese people. To avoid this, eat simple and nutritious food as much as possible, that is, eat vegetarian food only because it is good for health and drink tea and milk without sugar.

Apart from this, you can take fruit juices, sprouted grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits, pulses without peel, salad, soup, chapattis without ghee etc. But it is better to avoid some things as much as possible like non-vegetarian food, ghee, oil, butter, sweets, spicy things with more chili spices, potatoes, rice etc. because fat and carbohydrates are found in excess in them.

Obesity also affects youth
Obesity also affects youth. While a person with a slim or well-built body retains his youth for a long time, an obese person starts looking older than his age at an early age.

How to lose weight
Nursing Officer Mukesh Lora said that to reduce obesity, maintain regularity and balance in food and drink. Eat to your fill, but eat simple and nutritious food only. To reduce obesity, if you take lemon and honey in water regularly, you will start feeling the difference within a month. Also give importance to physical labour in your life.

Walking every day is a panacea
Make sure to walk in the open air for half an hour every morning and evening. You may feel a little tired initially, but once you get used to it, everything will start to feel easy. Apart from this, do regular exercise. Jumping rope, cycling, swimming, light dance, zumber power yoga, gym exercises can also prove to be effective. Apart from this, you can also join a health club.
