Churu District Collector Abhishek Surana gave proper instructions to the officials in a meeting organized on Monday for a weekly review meeting of essential services in the DOIT VC Auditorium and preparations for the Independence Day celebrations.
District Collector Surana said that all subdivision officers should properly manage resources and arrangements regarding rain in their area. This time the district has rained more than the average. Therefore, in view of the possibilities of rain, make proper arrangements and inform about the requirements of necessary resources etc. so that proper fulfillment can be done. Along with this, reports under SDRF and CMRF for compensation for loss of livestock, life, life etc. due to rain so that assistance can be provided as per rules.
Regarding the cases related to the contact portal, public hearing and CMO, all the officers should dispose of the cases within the stipulated time limit. Increase satisfaction levels by reducing disposal time in cases. The administration is serious about these cases. Therefore, with sensitivity, properly dispose of these cases.
The District Collector asked the Development Officers and the Nagarranikay officials that proper documentation should be done for the recharge structure made in their area. He said that the officers should keep updated information on their department portal and be clear about departmental activities. Proper implementation should be done by applying proper analysis of activities related to the department.
He said that all the department officials should take appropriate action in the activities to be conducted under the Hariyalo Rajasthan campaign in the district. All subdivision officers should ensure that the data recorded on the portal related to the campaign is correct and clear. For this, all departmental officers should be seriously seriously and do proper monitoring of the works.
He gave instructions regarding the preparations for the Independence Day celebrations and said that all the officers should discharge the departmental obligations properly. Practice for the preparations to be done at the department level from now on so that there is no problem on the environment. All the officers should ask the team for the Independence Day celebrations and complete all the work in a timely manner.
The District Collector gave detailed instructions about various activities including farmer registry of active farmers under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, recharge structure being constructed in waterlogging areas, house-to-door garbage collection, MLA and MP funds approved works under MLA and MP fund, and various activities including various activities including Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Poverty Mukti Village Scheme.
