He told that his son Maha Singh had married a love marriage to Chandravati, a resident of neighboring village Semaria, four years ago. Everything was going well but suddenly Maha Singh started doubting the character of his wife Chandravati. Then Mahasingh and Chandravati often started quarreling over small things.
There was a fight again as soon as he returned to his in -laws house
For the last one and a half months, the quarrels between the two had increased considerably. Chandravati’s father came home to resolve it and took his daughter and children to his home. On May 29 last month, Rajaram came home with his daughter Chandravati and son and left the daughter in her in -laws’ house. From that day onwards, there was a quarrel between the two husband and wife and the quarrel increased a lot. Mahasingh used to tease his wife with his character again and again.
Evening after midnight
On the night of June 2, when everyone slept after eating food. Around 10 o’clock at night, he woke up his wife from sleep and started quarreling again. At the same time, he shouted and said that tonight he will completely end this trouble. After this, Chandravati suddenly shouted loudly and started pleading to save herself. As soon as Chandravati’s father-in-law wanted to intervene, Maha Singh also threatened him. Fearing the threat of his son, Chandravati’s father -in -law went to his house to call his neighbor. But when he returned from there, his daughter -in -law was lying dead in the courtyard of the house. Both his legs were severed and the ax was sunk in the head. A deep wound of ax was also visible on the neck.
The accused husband is absconding after the murder
As soon as Maha Singh came out of his father, he picked up the ax and hit Chandravati. First he cut both legs of Chandravati and then attacked her neck with an ax, but when he did not fill his heart, he hit the ax on her head which fell there. Maha Singh escaped from the spot after executing this incident. Then Chandravati’s father -in -law wrote a report in the police against his own son. The police have registered a case under section 302 and started searching for Maha Singh by sending the body for postmortem.
