Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday discussed with the saints in view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s proposed program on December 30 in the religious city Ayodhya and also held a meeting with the local administration to review the preparations and give necessary guidelines. Major guidelines given by the Chief Minister in the meeting. The respected Prime Minister is scheduled to arrive in Ayodhya on 30th December before the much awaited consecration ceremony at the Ram Janmabhoomi temple. This visit of the Prime Minister to Ayodhya will be a gift of projects worth thousands of crores to Ayodhya. This event is very important, in view of this, all necessary preparations should be made by the local administration with the help of the Government of India. The religious city Ayodhya should be decorated according to the splendor of Treta Yuga. May entire Ayodhya be filled with Rammay. Decorate local monasteries and temples. Get a grand archway prepared. There should be a stream of bhajans flowing from place to place.
The works related to Ram Path, Bhakti Path, Janmabhoomi Path and Dharma Path and the road connecting Ayodhya Airport bypass to Nayaghat should be completed quickly with quality. Their footpaths should be for devotees to walk on and vehicles should move on the main carriage way and wherever there is sufficient width, seating arrangements and other public facilities should be developed. The people of Ayodhya are also eager to welcome the Prime Minister. In such a situation, take appropriate cooperation from them also. Get guidance from sages and saints. The Prime Minister should be greeted by showering flowers. The Prime Minister should be congratulated by reciting Swastika. The decoration of Dharampath coming from the highway towards Nayaghat should also be attractive in view of the arrival of the Prime Minister and the road from Airport to Nayaghat should be decorated with attractive flowers in the same way as the four-lane road from Sultanpur Road to Airport has been decorated.
The railing of Ayodhya bypass on National Highway Lucknow Gorakhpur should be painted in attractive colors and attractive flowers and pots etc. should be kept in its median. Today, under the guidance of the respected Prime Minister, projects costing more than Rs. 30 thousand crores are underway in Ayodhya. The quality of every construction work should also be checked regularly. We have to pay special attention to cleanliness. The entire city should be clean. There should not be dust and dirt etc. on the roads anywhere in Ayodhya. For this, deploy additional manpower as per requirement. In view of the Prime Minister’s possible tour program and public meeting, all preparations and security arrangements should be tight. For this, all the departments should coordinate among themselves and complete all the preparations from now on.
There should be adequate arrangements for parking of vehicles at public meeting places and other important places and adequate public facilities should also be arranged near those parking places. In view of the possibility of 1.5 to 2 lakh common citizens from nearby districts coming to the Prime Minister’s public meeting, all preparations should be made and adequate parking arrangements should be made on the major roads connecting Ayodhya and basic facilities for the citizens coming to the public meeting. Develop a digital tourist map of Ayodhya. In it, information about all the basic facilities and important places present in Ayodhya should be in all the Indian languages, the languages of the major countries associated with Lord Shri Ram and the languages of the United Nations. In view of the increase in the number of devotees coming to Ayodhya after the consecration of Lord Shri Ram on 22 January 2024, make all arrangements from now on. Adequate arrangements for electric buses should be ensured for the devotees to visit Ayodhya from various parking places.
The security arrangements of the railway station should be strengthened with mutual coordination by RPF, civil police and railway department. The transport department should ensure operation of buses in sufficient quantity. Potholes on the roads of Ayodhya railway station and airport should be repaired. The decoration done on the divider on the NHAI bypass route should be done in a better way. Apart from the arrangement for accommodation of the pilgrims by the Trust in Ayodhya, arrangements should also be made for the pilgrims to stay in Dharamshala and hotels etc. at fixed rates. On January 22, only those people who have invitation letter or are posted on government duty will be able to come to Ayodhya. It has come to notice that some people have booked local hotels and dharamshalas on the day of Pran Pratistha ceremony on 22nd January. This should be cancelled, so that there is no problem in the administration, because on that day, special invitees from India will come to Ayodhya. And there is a possibility of 100 planes arriving at Ayodhya airport, arrangements for its diversion should also be made. Our responsibility is not only to protect everyone but also to welcome them, hence the behavior of government and police employees should be ideal. Additional forces should be deployed in the police force along with zone wise senior officers. Besides, camping should also be done by increasing the number of STF and ATS forces.
