'One crore Hindu refugees will come to West Bengal in a few days...', said Suvendu Adhikari amid violence and coup in Bangladesh

New Delhi. The protests that started in the name of reservation in Bangladesh have taken a violent turn. Lakhs of protesters have taken to the streets and started spreading violence. Meanwhile, there is news that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has left the country. During the monsoon session of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly, Leader of Opposition Shubhendu Adhikari made a big statement on Monday, saying, “One crore Hindu refugees are going to come to West Bengal in a few days. So you should be ready.” Pointing to the genocide of Hindus in Bangladesh, he said that the situation there is very bad.

Atrocities being committed against Hindus

Shubhendu Adhikari said, “Hindus are being massacred in Bangladesh. Municipal councilor Hardhan Nayak has been murdered in Rangpur. 13 policemen have been killed in Sirajganj police station, out of which 9 are Hindus. At the same time, houses of Hindus have been burnt in Noakhali. I appeal to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and the Governor to immediately talk to the Government of India regarding this matter.”

Bangladesh has gone into the hands of Jamaat-e-Islami.

Attacks on Hindus will increase.

India should make space for 1 crore Hindus.

Bangladesh is falling into the hands of Jamaat and fundamentalists

Referring to the CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act), Shubhendu Adhikari said, “It is clear in the CAA that if someone is beaten due to religious persecution, then our country will come forward and look into these cases. I am telling you that if this situation is not controlled within three days, then Bangladesh is going into the hands of Jamaat and fundamentalists.” He said that the death toll in the violence that broke out in Bangladesh has risen to 300.

Movement to change the government

Shubhendu Adhikari said that the movement that started with the demand for reservation reform has now turned into a movement to change the government. Fierce clashes are taking place between the protesters and the pro-government people, in which 300 people have lost their lives so far and hundreds of others have been injured.

Fierce clashes and violence

Fierce clashes broke out between the protesters demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s government and the pro-government people in Bangladesh. During this, the protesters attacked police stations, police posts, ruling party offices and residences of its leaders and set many vehicles on fire. Most of the people killed are policemen, on whom the anger of the protesters is erupting.
