Jaipur. The State Mines Department has started the process of online approval of mining plan and mining schemes of mines. Principal Secretary Mines, Geology and Petroleum T. Ravikant said that the state government had decided to approval the mining plan and mining schemes from May 1, taking a step towards simplification and transparent system in the mining sector. He said that the process of online approval has started and has been presented for the minging plan and mining plan and mining schemes of Limestone Burning, Messenary Stone, Granite, Limestone crusher and Quartz Failspar in Jaipur, Beawar, Sirohi, Baran, Banswara, and Churu for approval.
T. Ravikant informed that about 30 thousand insufficient mineral lease holders and quarry license holders will be able to benefit from the new system. Now they will not have to revolve in the offices of the Department of Minerals for approval of the schemes. Mining lease holders and quarry license holders of insignificant minerals have to be approved by the mining plan and mining scheme. According to the rules, the department has to complete the approval of approval in 90 days, but it takes more time for approval.
Director Mines Deepak Tanwar informed that the lease holder will apply online for the approval of the mining plan and mining scheme. The entire process of approval will be able to get relief from transparency in work, timely saving and unnecessary inconvenience of lease holder. Due to the online system, the lease holder will also be able to be aware of the progress of the approval process and the approval action will be completed within the stipulated time.
Additional Director Vigilance and in -charge PR Ameta said that all the field officers of the department have been given virtual training in relation to the entire process by ACP Jayesh. More information will be given to the officers by Mining Engineer Manish Verma so that the work ranging from online application to approval can be executed in a systematic manner.
