After being released from the army job, the army will also play its active role in getting them a job elsewhere. Apart from this, about 25 percent of the soldiers will be able to remain in the army who will be skilled and capable. However, this will be possible only when there are recruitments in the army at that time. This project of the government can also save crores of rupees to the army.
