New Delhi. The whole country is angry about the rape and murder of a junior doctor in Kolkata Medical College. Doctors are going on strike, despite this a sensational case has come to light from West Bengal itself. A person came for treatment, but on seeing a little delay, he threatened the female doctor of the hospital. He even said that treat him quickly, otherwise he will commit a crime like Kolkata. After this the doctors and nurses of the hospital have come out in protest.
The incident is from East Bardhaman district of West Bengal. Doctors and nurses of a government hospital are protesting here. They allege that a patient in a drunken state entered the emergency ward of Bhatar State General Hospital. He threatened the female doctor that he would do the same thing to her as happened to the female doctor in Kolkata.
The district medical officer said that the patient threatened the lady doctor. He said that if he is not treated properly, he will do the same thing to him as happened with the lady doctor in Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College. Even after this, the lady doctor did not stop his treatment. However, when she told this to other employees, they became angry. They complained to the CMOH. The lady doctors and nurses have demanded security.
