The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has taken a big decision against the candidates who are absent from the recruitment examinations and took a big decision. Commission Secretary Ramnivas Mehta said that now if a candidate does not appear in two recruitment examinations conducted during a financial year (April 1 to March 31), then his OTR (One Time Registration) facility will be blocked.
This causes additional financial burden.
This step has been taken against those candidates who apply to appear in the recruitment examination, but do not complete the minimum educational qualification or do not give exams. The Commission has found that a large number of such applicants are applying unnecessary pressure on the examination system only by applying and affecting the opportunities of eligible candidates.
Such candidates will not be able to apply.
Now under this rule, if a candidate is absent in two examinations without any valid reason, then he will not be able to apply online in RPSC or other recruitment agencies of the state government next year. This decision of RPSC is considered an important step towards making the recruitment process in the state more transparent, effective and serious candidates. The Commission hopes that this will curb the tendency to be absent from the examination and will ensure better use of resources.
