Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla rewarded in Bhopal
Mandsaur (Naiduniya Rep). Mandsaur district has got honor in the function held in the Vidhan Sabha in Bhopal. MLA from Malhargarh in the district, Finance Minister Jagdish Deora has been elected as Outstanding Minister and Mandsaur MLA Yashpalsinh Sisodia has been elected as Outstanding MLA. In the program held on Wednesday, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Vis Speaker Girish Gautam and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan presented Parliamentary Excellence Awards to both. It is a matter of pride to have elected two public representatives of Mandsaur district out of three prominent ministers and three MLAs of the state.
It is noteworthy that Jagdish Deora has become MLA for the sixth time. He has been MLA for three times (1990,1993,2003) from Suwasra Vidhan Sabha of Mandsaur district. After this, there is a continuous MLA from Malhargarh since 2008. During this, he has been the Minister of Home, Transport, Jail, Energy, Finance, Labour, Tribal Welfare in the state. At the same time, MLA Yashpal Singh Sisodia has been elected for the third time, he has been winning from Mandsaur continuously since 2008. Prior to this, he has been Municipal Councilor twice and once as Mayor.
