Dausa. On Wednesday, on the state -wide call of the Panchayati Raj Ministry Employees Organization, the ministerial staff reached the SDM office at the block level in Dausa on Wednesday and submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister. Through the memorandum, the employees expressed their displeasure over the policies and working style of the department.
Block president Shivram Meena said that the personnel are being mentally tortured by repeatedly checking the junior clerical recruitment documents in 2013. The organization has demanded to stop the process immediately. Along with this, there has also been a demand to withdraw the repressive proceedings taken against the state president and other officials of the organization.
The memorandum underlines the requirement of cabinet staff cadre reviews, clear work division, and the requirement of quick decisions in the interest of employees at the departmental level. Employees warned that if their demands are not decided soon, the organization can adopt the path of agitation at the state level.

Employees bluntly said that their morale is being broken by departmental insensitivity and repeated investigation process, which is also adversely affecting the quality of departmental works.
