How to make mixed veg?
First of all put cabbage, peas and beans in a big pan and add water to it and keep it for boiling. Now chop the remaining vegetables capsicum, mushroom, paneer and carrot. Now chop half of 1 onion finely and cut the other half into big pieces. Now turn on the gas and keep a pan on the gas. Pour oil in the pan and add 2 cloves, a piece of cinnamon, 1 bay leaf and 1 cardamom to it. Now add half finely chopped onion to it. Now take off the vegetable that was kept for boiling from the gas and take it out of the water. When the onion turns light golden, then add capsicum, mushroom, paneer, cabbage, peas and beans and carrot to it.
Now cover the pan with a lid. Now chop 2 tomatoes and put them in the grinder, add 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon dry coriander and 1 teaspoon garam masala to it. Now add 100 grams curd and a pinch of turmeric to it. Now grind all of these finely together. Now stir the vegetable well once again and when the vegetable is lightly cooked, add this masala to it. Now add salt to the vegetable according to your taste. Keep the vegetable covered for 5 minutes and after that turn off the gas. Your mix veg is ready. Add finely chopped coriander to it and serve after mixing. Serve the vegetable with hot rotis.
