Where, Vinesh Phogat could not play in the final of the 50 kg wrestling competition due to being just 100 grams overweight. Wrestler Aman Shehrawat was also going through the same challenge. But, according to media reports, Aman lost 4.6 kg in just 10 hours. By doing this, he succeeded in winning the bronze medal. Now the question is how did Aman lose more than 4 kg in 10 hours? Mat practice and hot baths: As told to the media by wrestler Aman’s coach Virendra Dahiya, Aman started his weight loss journey with 1.5 hours of practice on the mat. Where Aman kept wrestling standing under the guidance of his two senior coaches. After this, he took a bath in hot water for 1 hour.

Sauna Bath Session: Sweating is very important for weight loss. Keeping this in mind, Aman Shehrawat did 5 sauna bath sessions of 5 minutes each after a 30-minute break from the treadmill session.

Massage-Jogging: According to coach Dahiya, even after doing all this, Aman’s weight was about 900 grams more. In this situation, he was given a good massage and light jogging. After this, Aman completed five running sessions of 15 minutes.

Consume these things for hydration: By running in the morning, Aman Sehrawat’s weight came down to 56.9 kg. Let us tell you that, in between running, Aman also consumed lukewarm water with lemon and honey and a little coffee to keep himself hydrated.

No Sleep-Weight Management: According to Dahiya, wrestler Aman Shehrawat did not sleep properly at night to lose weight. He remained active until his weight was measured.
