Dholpur According to the instructions of Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, this year’s second National Lok Adalat is being organized in the entire state on 10 May. In the National Lok Adalat, the cases pending in civil courts as well as pre-litigation cases, bank loan cases, cases of NI Act and pending cases in revenue courts will be disposed of. For the successful implementation of the National Lok Adalat to be held on 10 May, a meeting was organized by the Secretary District Legal Services Authority Rekha Yadav in the court premises Rajkheda with Judicial Magistrate Rajkheda, Advocates, Dihauli and Rajkheda Police Officer. During the meeting, Secretary Yadav directed Judicial Magistrate Rajkheda to refer and dispose of more and more cases in the National Lok Adalat for the successful event of the National Lok Adalat and for this, appropriate necessary cooperation from all the advocates was motivated and encouraged and resolved by the problems and curiosity of the advocates. Advocate was assured to provide proper support in the National Lok Adalat. During the meeting, the police station police station Diholi and Rajkheda were instructed to serve the notices of Lok Adalat.
Appeal to public
Secretary Rekha Yadav appealed to the common man to take advantage of the Lok Adalat by getting cheap, accessible and early justice by disposing of their cases through mutual reconciliation and agreement through Lok Adalat. Judicial magistrate Rajkheda Akash Sharma, Thanadikari Rajkheda Ramkishan Yadav, Thanadikari Diholi Paramjit, Bar President Rajkheda Rajkumar Upadhyay, Advocate Hotam Singh Jadoun, Pramod Chand Sharma, Upendra Mishra and Junior Assistant Surendra Singh and Sandeep Kumar were present on the occasion.
