Patna News: Court’s big decision in Patna Indigo station incharge Rupesh murder case, all four accused acquitted

Patna. On Tuesday, the civil court gave a big verdict in the Patna Indigo station in-charge Rupesh murder case and acquitted all the four accused. A charge sheet was filed against all the four accused in the murder case. After hearing from both sides, the court gave its verdict today and said that the police has no evidence against the four. All four are acquitted. Indigo manager Rupesh was shot dead in broad daylight on 12 January 2021 in Pune Chak area of ​​Patna. This murder became very famous, whose voice was heard even in the PMO. In this case, a charge sheet of 350 Pannu was filed with the police. The court rejected the charge sheet of the police and acquitted the four accused Rituraj, Saurabh, Pushkar and Aryan Jaiswal.

Rupesh Singh was murdered outside his apartment in Shastri Nagar, Patna on 12 January 2021. He was shot dead in the Punaichak area while he was returning home from duty from the airport. The police had filed a charge sheet of about 350 pages and more than 100 CCTV footages were also presented in the court. Patna Police had claimed in its investigation that there was a scuffle between Rupesh and Rituraj in a road rage incident in November 2020. The police said that Rituraj murdered Rupesh along with his associates Saurabh, Pushkar and Aryan to avenge the incident. The court rejected the police claims and acquitted all the accused.
