Shikha Shreya/Ranchi, Many problems related to periods are being seen in women nowadays. Young girls are becoming victims of this thing and the most common problem seen regarding periods is that periods do not come on time. Sometimes periods get delayed by two-three months or even five months. Due to this, women are facing many health problems.
Gynecologist Dr. Parbeen (MBBS and MD, more than 10 years of experience) of Alam Hospital, Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, told Local 18 that many problems are being seen in women regarding periods. The common problem in this is that the period does not come on time. The main reason for this is the change in lifestyle and eating habits of people nowadays.
Do not consume junk food
Dr. Parbeen says that the main reason for this is excessive consumption of junk food and wrong eating habits. The amount of sugar intake has increased significantly among people nowadays. There are many such substances available in the market including soft drinks, which contain very high sugar and have very bad effects on your body. Consuming only refined flour in junk food and taking trans fat from outside proves to be quite harmful.
He told that due to consumption of all these things, obesity is increasing a lot. Secondly, this thing goes inside and causes inflammation in the uterus. This swelling makes your period cycle irregular. Junk food creates impurities in your blood and these impurities also spoil this cycle.
Follow these tips
Dr. Parbeen tells that if these tips are followed, the difference will be visible within a week. First of all, completely stop eating junk food from outside and include 40 to 50% raw food in the food you eat. This can include everything from sprouts to fruits. Try to drink two-three liters of water every day and it is better if the water is lukewarm.
Apart from this, walk for at least 45 minutes every day. This will ensure proper blood circulation and the period cycle will also remain regular. Apart from this, try to meditate also. This will not stress you. Stress also causes hormonal changes in the body. With meditation, the hormones in your body will also remain balanced.
