New Delhi: In Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hoist the national flag at the Red Fort for the 11th consecutive year. In view of this, more than 10,000 policemen and 3,000 traffic police personnel have been deployed. According to officials, a ‘mock drill’ was conducted in VVIP areas on Wednesday. A senior police officer said that snipers, special SWAT commandos, kite catchers and sharpshooters will be deployed at strategic locations to protect the Prime Minister and other dignitaries. In addition, 700 AI-based CCTV cameras with facial recognition have been installed in Central and New Delhi districts.
