New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has once again become the world’s most popular leader. In the International Approval Rating, Narendra Modi is at number one with an approval rating of 70 percent. International Approval has released these ratings after the results of the Lok Sabha elections i.e. after June 4.
After the election results, while the opposition is claiming that PM Modi’s popularity has decreased, the figures of international approval rating are telling that Modi is not only the most popular leader of the country but also of the world. The biggest thing is that at a time when the rating of the head of state of every country is decreasing, Narendra Modi is the only leader whose rating is increasing every week. On the other hand, if we talk about the heads of other countries in comparison to Modi, Italy’s PM Giorgia Meloni is at the 9th position with an international approval rating of 42 percent.
If we look at the heads of state of other countries in the G-7, their ranking is much lower than that of Modi. While Narendra Modi is at number one with an approval rating of 70 percent, US President Joe Biden is at 12th place with an approval rating of 37 percent. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is at 17th place and his approval rating is 30 percent. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is at 20th place with an approval rating of 25 percent. While Britain’s PM Rishi Sunak is at 21st place with an approval rating of 25 percent. Next comes French President Emmanuel Macron, who is at 22nd place with an approval rating of 21 percent. Japan’s PM Fumio Kishida is at 25th place and his approval rating is 13 percent.
