Poland’s ambassador Adam Burakowski has said that all European countries are helping Ukraine with weapons and humanitarian aid as Kiev continues its fight against Russia’s military operations. In a conversation with ANI, the Ambassador of Poland condemned Russia’s military operations in Ukraine. He said that Poland is with Ukraine and other European countries (EU) are providing arms and support to Ukraine in its fight with Russia. Ukraine is a peaceful country and I believe that Kiev will oppose Moscow’s aggression.
Burakovsky said that Russia was targeting people in Ukraine with its military force. The Russian army is attacking civilians and Ukraine is fighting to defend itself. Poland is strongly condemning Russia, including NATO countries. In view of the circumstances of the war, the European Union has imposed sanctions on Russian officials.
Burakovsky said, India can take its own decision
Asked why India avoided a UN Security Council resolution on Russia’s military action in Ukraine, Burakovsky replied that India is an independent country and can take its own decision. Poland is welcoming refugees to its soil for citizens of other countries, including Indians suffering from Russian crackdowns.
20 thousand Indian students also victims of Russian invasion
Burakowski said that Poland is ready to accept refugees from Ukraine. The aggressive attack by Russia has created a big problem for the citizens of our country and the Indians in Ukraine. Around 20,000 Indian students are certainly the victims of Russian aggression attacks due to Russian attacks on civilians. Indian students survived Russian bullets and bombs and we are helping them. They can go to the Polish border and cross the border. This action is being taken in coordination with the Indian Embassy. The Ambassador of Poland said that the evacuation of Indians from Poland by special flights is underway. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will only announce the operation of special flights from Poland.
