Chilphy Valley. On the occasion of Mahashivratri, a rural camp and bhandara were organized in the highly naxal affected Kundapani camp of Chilfi police station. Villagers of various Naxal affected villages, Bokarkhar, Kundapani, Jampani, Mahlighat, Sambhupipar, Amapani, Badho, women were present in the highly Naxal affected villages of Kundapani camp. The Superintendent of Police took a meeting of all the villagers and inquired about the well being of the villagers. Assured all possible help to solve the problems pointed out by the villagers. The Superintendent of Police, while living fearlessly without any fear from the villagers, explained to the villagers to inform the Kawardha Police at any time in case of any kind of trouble and assured the villagers to solve the problem. After that, necessary medicines were distributed among the villagers present after proper treatment to the ill health villagers.
Along with the Superintendent of Police, all the officers and jawans of the police station Chilfi and the camp themselves served food to all the villagers, women and children. In the camp, while interacting with the children from very remote Naxal affected backward villages, the Superintendent of Police told about the Force Academy being run by the Kawardha Police, explaining the need for education. Many youths from Naxal-affected rural areas expressed their desire to join the force to the Superintendent of Police. On which the Superintendent of Police assured the youth of all possible help for the preparation of recruitment through Force Academy.

More than 500 school children from the highly naxal affected areas of Kund water were provided book copies and pen books for education by the Superintendent of Police and the students of Naxal affected rural areas passing from first class in the upcoming examination were given to the school children by the police. An announcement was made by the Superintendent Kabirdham to reward him with a citation, medal and cash amount. Camp Kundapani was established in November 2017 for the Naxal eradication campaign. After this, continuous efforts were being made by the police personnel to win the trust among the villagers, as a result of this, a large number of people came to the camp on Tuesday and thanked the soldiers while welcoming them. This event will increase the trust between the villagers and the police of the highly Naxal-affected Baiga-dominated village and healthy public dialogue will be established in future. Along with this, mutual harmony will strengthen the relationship further.
