Kanker. The traffic police has once again started action against three riders on a two-wheeler. In the up-and-down road of the city, the traffic police personnel cut the challans of three riders and explained them to follow the rules. Not following the traffic rules was costly to the two wheeler drivers. On Saturday, the traffic police team checked the vehicles in the up-down road. During this, challan action was taken when three passengers were found on a two-wheeler. Along with this, the drivers were advised not to sit thirty rides, to keep documents of the vehicle with them, not to drive without a license, to get the vehicle insured.
Traffic in-charge Roshan Kaushik said that it was often seen that thirty rides are made by people on two wheelers. Due to which the risk of accident increases. In view of this, challaning action is being taken. The traffic police is constantly giving advice to the drivers to follow the rules of traffic. So that road accidents can be reduced.
Youth dies in vehicle collision
Under the police station area, a youth of village Gidhali died due to stumbling of an unknown vehicle. According to the information received from the police, Agnu Ram Koreti, a resident of Gidhali, had gone to his relative’s house in village Akladogri wedding ceremony on his motorcycle. At around 7.30 am, the driver of some unknown vehicle hit Agnu Ram Koreti’s motor cycle near village Dedkohka Buda Khet, causing him to fall. He suffered serious injuries to his head, mouth, face and the motorcycle was damaged. As soon as the police got the news, the police brought the health center Charama from their private vehicle where he died during treatment. Police investigation of the case registered against the driver of the unknown vehicle
is doing.
