This incident is from Doomwali village of Punjab. During a blockade in Doomwali, Bathinda police stopped a bus on suspicion. All the people in the bus were searched. During this, the police team opened the bag of a person in the bus. As soon as the bag was opened, crisp notes were seen in it. The police seized all the money. When it was counted, they were shocked. There were 1,20,00,000 rupees (one crore twenty lakh rupees) in the bag.
After this, the police showed strictness and questioned the accused person. The accused person kept fooling the police for a long time. The person who had the cash could not tell the reason behind such a huge amount. According to the police, he failed to give a satisfactory answer. The cash found during the investigation was handed over to the Income Tax Authority for further necessary action. At present, the police have arrested him.
