To agree, Lok Adalat in-charge First Additional District Judge Sanjay Chauhan and District Legal Services Authority Secretary Additional District Judge Liladhar Solanki took a meeting of the panel advocates of New India Insurance Company and their advocates. Yogesh Joshi, Hemendra Prasad Agnihotri, Yunus Lodhi and other advocates were present in this. In the cases related to motor accident compensation claim, Lok Adalat claim case in-charge Sanjay Chauhan and Secretary Additional District Judge Liladhar Solanki made an attempt to get the settlement done. In this, there was a possibility of resignation in 11 cases and a settlement of about 44 lakh 77 thousand rupees was reached. It is requested to the parties of all motor accident compensation claim cases whose case is pending in Lok Adalat. Or any prelitigation case wants to be presented in Lok Adalat, such person and party can approach the concerned Bench and Court with the opposite party for settlement of the case by resignation.
