Pratapgarh The Pratapgarh police has achieved great success in the link of the campaign against drugs. Based on the investigation report of Thanadikari Pratapgarh, the then SP Amit Kumar had sent the proposal to the Income Tax Department Jaipur for attachment/seizure of its benami assets. Which was constantly being effectively monitored by him.

The accused Jansher Khan shows fear in disputed assets in the city and surrounding area, or gets a deal at a lower price or registers in the name of himself or his relatives and colleagues. The proposal of the District Police was appointed by the Income Tax Department and examined the proposal at the departmental level after testing the proposal.

During this period, Bainami Prohibin, Deputy Director of Income Tax Department, received records and documents from the accused Janasher Khan and his associates, and records and documents of income expenditure of assets located in the city’s Bagwas area. In this sequence, the Investigating Officer Deputy Director Income Tax Department had sought additional investigation report from the police last month.

On which a detailed investigation was conducted by SP Bansal from Thanadikari Pratapgarh and after receiving the inquiry report, I was sent to the Income Tax Department of the document. The response submitted by the Income Tax Department’s investigating officer by the accused Janasher Khan and his associates and the additional investigation report sent by the police in the month of April and after hearing the two sides, on April 28, the accused Janasher Khan, who was purchased in the name of Radheshyam Meena, Basanti Lal Meena, Samarath Meena and Bhaggaram Meena in the Bagwas area by accused Jansher Khan, to hold the agricultural land in the name of Radheshyam Meena, Basanti Lal Meena, Samarath Meena and Bhaggaram Meena, to occupy the said agricultural land in the name of Pramgamagadha. Orders were passed. The market value of the said agricultural land is more than Rs 15 crore.

SP Bansal said that in the purchase of most of the property, the accused has kept his trusted colleagues as witnesses in the registry so that there is no problem in taking possession of property and selling them again. Action against other land mafia will continue uninterrupted, keeping the continuous monitoring of the land mafia by the district police.
