Dausa. Under the aegis of Parmarth Yoga Seva Sansthan, the free yoga camp was launched in the Nehru Garden on Thursday in view of International Yoga Day. The camp was inaugurated by educationist Devnarayan Jamon, Deputy Director of Ayurveda Department Vaidya Om Prakash Chaturvedi.
District spokesperson Lokesh Sharma Sanskrit said that yoga is not only physical exercise, but it is also the path of spiritual, mental and spiritual purification. He requested all citizens to make regular yoga a part of their lives. Yogguru Suresh Sharma conducted practice according to the International Yoga Day protocol. Yoga instructors Kirti Sharma and Dr. Yash Sharma, Vikas Aggarwal collaborated. Participants were given practices based on various yogasanas, methods of pranayama, type of meditation and healthy lifestyle. A large number of yoga practitioners participated in the camp.
