Russia ready for talks with Ukraine in Belarus but Ukraine does not approve of peace talks in Belarus

The Russian Kremlin has said that Russia is ready to start peace talks with Ukraine in Belarus. For this, Russia has sent a delegation to Belarus. The Kremlin says a Russian delegation has arrived in the Belarusian city of Homel for talks with Ukrainian officials.
