Lucknow. She came under the target of fundamentalists by making controversial remarks on Prophet Mohammad and it came down heavily on a Samajwadi Party (SP) leader to stand with Nupur Sharma, a suspended spokesperson from BJP. On the instructions of SP President Akhilesh Yadav, the party has shown this leader the way out. The case pertains to Ankur Yadav, the district president of SP Chhatra Sabha in Baghpat district of UP. Ankur had talked about supporting Nupur in his post on Facebook. Ankur had said that every Hindu stands with Nupur and I stand with Nupur. This was the only thing that annoyed Akhilesh. On his instructions, Digvijay Singh Deo, the state president of the SP Chhatra Sabha, issued a decree to expel Ankur from the SP.
Let us inform that Akhilesh Yadav had earlier demanded legal action against Nupur, who was the spokesperson of BJP and Naveen Kumar Jindal, spokesperson of Delhi BJP, on the issue of remarks on Prophet. Now, when voice started rising in support of Nupur in his own party, he is furious. The reason for this is believed to be that the core voter of SP is a Muslim. In such a situation, supporting Nupur has become the reason for Akhilesh’s wrath on Ankur Yadav.
This is not the first time that Akhilesh has thrown out a party leader for supporting any Hindu or Hindus. A few days ago, he expelled SP’s female Muslim leader Rubina Khanum from the party. Rubina had said so much that if it is proved that the Gyanvapi Masjid was built by demolishing the temple, then our community should give that land to the Hindus.
