India won bronze match after 41 years
After 41 years, the Indian men’s team has achieved a historic victory in the Olympics. With the team winning the medal, the drought that had been lying for the last 41 years had ended. On winning the bronze by the team, the Punjab government has announced to give one crore rupees each to all the hockey players of Punjab.
State Sports Minister Gurmeet Rana had given information about this by tweeting on behalf of the Punjab government. Gurmeet said that on this historic day, he is very happy to announce a grant of one crore rupees to all the players of Punjab. He is waiting for all the players to come to celebrate the medals in the Olympics.

He is proud of the team’s brilliant game. It is noteworthy that the team had defeated Germany 5-4 on Thursday. Team India was very poor in the beginning. But after that the team performed brilliantly and won the match.
