The engineer’s wife Vatsala Mishra, along with her sister and brother -in -law, met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow and demanded a fair and independent agency to investigate the matter. The Chief Minister has assured the victim’s family that he will investigate the matter at his level.
Shot and killed on 29 March
Air Force Commander Works Engineer (CWE) Satyendra Narayan Mishra was shot dead in Bamrauli on the night of 29 March. His wife says that the incident took place at his government residence in Air Force Station Bamrauli. Earlier, an attempt was made to enter his residence on the night of 14 March 2025. When her husband opposed this, the person ran away from the spot. The husband expressed concern about his safety to the Air Force officials. But no action was taken.
The wife alleged that on March 29, 2025 at around 3:15 pm, another theft was made. Similarly, inspired, the anti -social element rang the door bell and stood outside the window. After hearing an unusual voice, he was moving towards the door, when he was clearly and deliberately shot from the window.
