2 liter milk, custard milk 3 spoons, saffron – 1 pinch, corn flour – 1 spoon, sugar

First of all, turn on the gas and place a big pan on it. Now add 2 liters of milk in the pan. Take out half a glass of milk from this milk. You have to reduce this milk to half, that is, you have to cook it thoroughly. When the milk reduces to half, add half a cup of sugar and a pinch of saffron in it. Now add 1 spoon corn flour in a bowl and 3 spoons custard milk in a bowl. Now add custard milk and corn flour to the half glass of milk you have taken out. Now add this mixture to milk and stir the milk well on medium flame for at least 7 to 8 minutes.
In the next step we will make caramel. To make caramel, take half a cup of sugar and put it in a pan and turn on the gas on medium flame. When the sugar melts completely, your caramel is ready. Now mix this caramel in milk. The color is very good and the taste is also very good. After a few minutes, turn off the gas and let it cool down.
When the rabri cools down, take out half a cup of rabri in a ball and keep it in the refrigerator. After that, pour the remaining kulfi in the kulfi making mould. You can make this kulfi in many ways. Using a cup, you can make cup sized kulfi. Cover the cup with aluminum foil on top and insert the wooden sticks into each mold one by one. Now keep it in the refrigerator to set overnight. Whenever you feel like eating Kulfi, take it out from the fridge and enjoy its taste by dipping it in the extra rabri that you had taken out.
