The report has quoted sources as saying that talks are going on between Rahul Dravid and Rajasthan Royals, an important announcement can be made soon in this regard. Rahul Dravid can be seen returning to the team as head coach. The relationship between Rahul Dravid and Rajasthan Royals is not new. He was the captain of the team for many years. Under his captaincy, Rajasthan Royals entered the playoffs in the year 2013. After this, he remained the mentor of the team till the year 2014 and 2015.
Has played an important responsibility for Team India till now
In the year 2015, he left from there and joined Indian cricket. Rahul Dravid was earlier the coach of the Under 19 team and the responsibility of the India A team was also on his shoulders. After this, he was the chairman of the Bengaluru-based NCA i.e. National Cricket Academy. From there, Rahul Dravid joined the senior team India.
