New Delhi. Congress leader and leader of opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi keeps attacking PM Narendra Modi. Rahul Gandhi has often used harsh words for PM Modi. During the campaign for the recently held Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Gandhi kept attacking PM Modi by raising many issues. At the same time, PM Modi also targeted him, but the way Rahul Gandhi behaved towards PM Narendra Modi in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday was a unique sight.
This behaviour of Rahul Gandhi towards PM Modi was seen in the Lok Sabha when Protem Speaker Bhartruhari Mahtab announced the election of NDA candidate Om Birla as the new Lok Sabha Speaker. Om Birla was elected Speaker by voice vote. Whereas, Congress had fielded its MP K. Suresh against him. When Om Birla was announced to be elected Speaker of the Lok Sabha, PM Narendra Modi and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju went to him and congratulated him by shaking hands. Then Rahul Gandhi also came there from the opposition. Modi called Rahul along. After which Rahul Gandhi congratulated Om Birla by shaking hands on his election as Speaker. Immediately after this, Rahul Gandhi extended his hand towards PM Modi and Modi also showed warmth to this move of the Congress leader. Rahul Gandhi is now the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, so his attacks against Modi and his government are expected to intensify. The verbal war between Rahul Gandhi and Modi has been of a very different kind. Both have been taunting each other a lot.
