Rahul will reach Jolly Grant, where he will be received. After this he will go to Kedarnath Yatra at 1:15 pm, where he will receive the blessings of God. At the same time, after spending some time in the shelter of God, he will leave for Delhi at around 4 pm. On the other hand, Congress has made it clear that this is a personal visit of Rahul Gandhi, hence no one should bother to meet him.
