Malappuram (Kerala)Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is now in a dilemma after winning both Rae Bareli and Wayanad seats. He is unable to decide which seat he should keep and which one he should leave. On Wednesday, he also mentioned this dilemma of his. He said that he is in a dilemma as to which seat he should leave between Wayanad and Rae Bareli Lok Sabha seat.

In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Gandhi contested from both these seats and the people of both the areas also gave him their full blessings. Rahul Gandhi won the elections from both the seats. He said that whatever decision he takes, the people of both the constituencies will be happy with it. He thanked the people of Wayanad for electing him for a second term in the Lok Sabha.

“I hope to meet you soon. I am in a dilemma whether I should remain the MP of Wayanad or Rae Bareli. I hope both Wayanad and Rae Bareli will be happy with my decision,” the Congress leader said at a public meeting here. This is his first visit to the state after winning the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat for the second consecutive time with a huge margin.
Rahul Gandhi took a dig at Narendra Modi and said that he does not get any instructions from God on what to do, as the Prime Minister does. Mocking Modi, the Congress leader said that God has instructed the Prime Minister to hand over the country’s major airports and power plants to Adani.

Rahul Gandhi said, “But I am a human being. My God is the poor people of the country. So it is easy for me. I just talk to the people and they tell me what to do.” He also said that the fight for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections was to protect the Constitution of India and in that fight, love has defeated hatred, humility has defeated arrogance. Gandhi also said that Prime Minister Modi will now have to change his attitude because the people of India have given him a clear message. The Congress leader described the government formed at the Center as a ‘crippled government’. (Input-language)
