Wayanad (Kerala). Congress MP and the biggest face of the party Rahul Gandhi is going to Wayanad in Kerala today. Rahul Gandhi won the 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Wayanad. Then he lost to Smriti Irani in Amethi. It is believed that Rahul Gandhi will go to Wayanad today and thank the people there and will also announce his decision to leave this Lok Sabha seat there. Actually, seeing the bad situation in Amethi, Rahul Gandhi turned to Wayanad in 2019. This time he contested the election first from Wayanad and then after a lot of dilly-dallying, he also filed nomination for the Lok Sabha elections from Rae Bareli seat of UP. The Rae Bareli seat was vacant due to Rahul Gandhi’s mother Sonia Gandhi going to Rajya Sabha.
