In many areas, dark clouds gathered so much that the day started feeling like night. Due to rain and strong wind, the temperature once again dropped. The need for sheets and blankets was also felt.

Weather condition in West Bengal till 23 March
There is a possibility of strong winds and light to moderate rain with thunderstorms in most of the districts of West Bengal during the next few days. The Meteorological Department gave this information. According to the Meteorological Department, by March 23, a cyclonic circulation is likely to form over northwestern Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and southern Assam and cause rain and thundershowers due to moist winds rising from the Bay of Bengal. The department said in a special bulletin that due to this weather condition, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain and thunderstorm with thunderstorms in the districts of North Bengal till March 23, 2024 and in South Bengal till March 21.
Hailstorm in eastern India, heatwave in Saurashtra
The Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms along with hailstorm in many states of Eastern India. There is also a forecast of moderate rain during this period.
