Raina was heavy to comment on Divyang, Supreme Court directed to appear

New Delhi . Raina’s difficulties are increasing in the stand-up comedian time regarding ‘India’s Got Latent’. The Supreme Court is strict about the comments made on the differently abled in the show. The court directed four others including Raina to appear. The court directed the Mumbai Police Commissioner to issue notice to four others including Raina at the time to ensure that they would be present in the court on the next date. The court warned that strict steps would be taken against them if they are not produced.
This order was given with a writ petition filed by Messrs Cure SMA Foundation.
Earlier on 21 April, the Supreme Court ordered Raina to make Raina a party in the case. Along with this, the Supreme Court took the clip of Raina on a record time, in which a two -month -old baby was mocked with a person who lost his eye, which required an injection of 16 crores to survive.
The Cure in the case reached the SMA Foundation of India Court and told the Supreme Court how Raina made a joke in his show on the Divyang. On this, Justice Suryakant’s bench expressed displeasure and said that we are distressed by this.
Justice Suryakant in the case said, “We are really upset with the allegations and would like to keep these events on record. If you have a video with a transcript, bring them along. Make them along. Make the concerned persons a party and suggest measures, then we will see.”
Let us know that life saving drugs for SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) include Jolgenesma, which is therapy, which costs around Rs 16 crore.
The application said, “Such drugs are difficult for most of the country’s population and are out of reach.” In such a situation, it was not right to make fun of this fact. ”At the same time, Raina pointed to the charity of a two -month -old child during the show. He said, “Some madness” happened, “A two -month -old child needs an injection of Rs 16 crore.”
Addressing one of the audience a woman, Raina had said, “Madam, you tell me … If you were that mother and one day you would have got 16 crores in your bank account. While you had a two -month -old baby, would you not tell your husband that inflation is increasing.”
Raina recently faced criticism for objectionable remarks made on parents in ‘India’s Got Latant’.
