New Delhi . Raina’s difficulties are increasing in the stand-up comedian time regarding ‘India’s Got Latent’. The Supreme Court is strict about the comments made on the differently abled in the show. The court directed four others including Raina to appear. The court directed the Mumbai Police Commissioner to issue notice to four others including Raina at the time to ensure that they would be present in the court on the next date. The court warned that strict steps would be taken against them if they are not produced.
This order was given with a writ petition filed by Messrs Cure SMA Foundation.
Earlier on 21 April, the Supreme Court ordered Raina to make Raina a party in the case. Along with this, the Supreme Court took the clip of Raina on a record time, in which a two -month -old baby was mocked with a person who lost his eye, which required an injection of 16 crores to survive.
The Cure in the case reached the SMA Foundation of India Court and told the Supreme Court how Raina made a joke in his show on the Divyang. On this, Justice Suryakant’s bench expressed displeasure and said that we are distressed by this.
Justice Suryakant in the case said, “We are really upset with the allegations and would like to keep these events on record. If you have a video with a transcript, bring them along. Make them along. Make the concerned persons a party and suggest measures, then we will see.”
