Advocates Anand Sharma, Sandeep Shah, Sunil Beniwal and Mukesh Rajpurohit have been appointed as judges in the Rajasthan High Court. On March 26, the Union Law Ministry issued the appointment notification of these four names. Now after the appointment warrant is issued from Rashtrapati Bhavan, there will be a swearing -in ceremony in the main bench of Rajasthan High Court in Jodhpur on Friday.
There are a total of 50 sanctioned posts of judges in the Rajasthan High Court, out of which judges are currently working on 34 posts. After the appointment of four new judges, this number will increase to 38, while 12 posts will still remain vacant.
