Churu On the occasion of Rajasthan Foundation Day, a cultural program and Kavi Sammelan was organized at the open theater of Nature Park at the district headquarters on Sunday evening. On this occasion, former Minister Rajendra Rathore, MLA Harlal Saharan, Padmabhushan Devendra Jhajhadia, District Head Vandana Arya, former MLA Actor Maharishi, District Collector Abhishek Surana, District Deputy Chief Mahendra Nyall, Pradhan Deepchand Rahar, Basant Sharma, former Chairman, former Chairman Vijay Sharma were guests. The guests launched the program by lighting the lamp. ADM Arpita Soni, DFO Virendra Krishnia, SDM Bijendra Singh, Commissioner Abhilasha Singh, XEN Purnima Yadav etc. welcomed the guests.
Addressing as the chief guest, former minister Rajendra Rathore said that it is a day of pride for Rajasthan. The then Home Minister Vallabhbhai Patel laid the foundation of the state and this prosperous Rajasthan is moving on the path of its all -round development. He said that there is brave, valor and sacrifice in the earthen particles of the soil here. The history of Rajasthan has been renunciation. It has been a tradition here to die on the soil.
He said that it is commendable for the popular Chief Minister of the state Bhajan Lal Sharma to celebrate Rajasthan Foundation Day to Chaitra Shukla Pratipada every year. The social heritage and folk culture of Rajasthan rests on history. Repeating this history and traditions, the government has respected public sentiment.
He said that the innovations of Churu district administration are on the new path of district development. Folk culture has been pulsed by the innovations of the district administration. Together we all made Churu ‘Apano Churu -Agrani Churu’. Our history is glorious and the future will definitely be golden.
MLA Harlal Saharan said that the program is a commendable step of the government for seven days to commemorate Rajasthan Foundation Day. The decision to celebrate Chaitra Shukla Pratipada Rajasthan Day is an effective step towards the rich heritage, eternal culture and social upliftment. The government is working keeping public welfare in mind. The government, which works as a Ganesha, is making its reach with its plans, policies, decisions to the person of the last end.
Padmabhushan Devendra Jhajhadia said that Rajasthan has a huge contribution in the whole world. The culture here attracts the whole world. Rajasthan is the land of culture, heroes, sacrifice and talent. The culture of Rajasthan is appreciated all over the world.
He said that due to the unprecedented decision of Bhajanlal government, programs are being held in all districts. This effort of the government to save its legacy and culture is commendable. If we remember history, the future will be strengthened.
Former MLA actor Maharishi said that the Chief Minister of the state Bhajan Lal Sharma has made Rajasthan Day unforgettable. Employment, women empowerment, the state government is making great efforts for the culture and social upliftment here to make Rajasthan lead Rajasthan with support. PM Narendra Modi is working towards making India a world guru and third largest power. In this sequence, the state government is also fulfilling the resolve of ‘what he said’. Churu is also moving forward on the path of development with the innovations of the district administration.

Cultural programs presented
Abhachetna Group performed the dance performance by ‘Aao Ni Padhar Mhare Des, Rangilo Rajasthan, Army Act, Puppet and Kalbeliya dance’, Binjoa Group Ramsar, folk songs and Shruti Kyal, Visakha Sonagara, Ruchika Sharma. Ritesh Prajapat performed flute playing and Priyanshu Gaur on the piano.
Poets gave literary performances
On this occasion, poets like Ashish Gautam ‘Ashu’, Digvijay Singh Gogatia, Hariram Gopalpura, Ajit Singh Charan performed poems and literature at the Kavi Sammelan based on the rich heritage and culture of Rajasthan. Hariram Gopalpura presented Humor Ras, Ajit Singh Charan, Shringar Ras, Digvijay Singh Gogatia performed Veer Ras, Ashish Gautam ‘Ashu’ performed comic and satirical poems. Om Dynamite conducted the Kavi Sammelan.
