Ayodhya. Ram temple was built in Ramnagari i.e. Ayodhya. Lord Ramlala was consecrated. After this consecration, the first Ram Navami is going to be celebrated in the new Ram temple. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, which looks after the management of Ram temple, believes that 25 lakh devotees can come to have darshan of Lord Ramlala on Ram Navami. To make arrangements so that lakhs of devotees can have darshan of Lord Ramlala, a meeting of the Trust was held in Ayodhya. Earlier there was a discussion that on Ram Navami, there would be arrangements for 24-hour darshan of Lord Ramlala in the Ram temple, but the Trust has put an end to this discussion.
It has been decided in the trust meeting that darshan will continue for 20 hours every day from 15th to 17th April i.e. till the day of Ram Navami. If there is a crowd of devotees on April 18, then a decision will be taken to extend the darshan for a longer period. Arrangements are also being considered to ensure proper distribution of Prasad to the devotees during this period. Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, told the media that currently darshan of Lord Ramlala is being organized for 14 hours every day. Due to Ram Navami, there are preparations to increase the darshan lanes for devotees to 7. Currently, devotees reach the sanctum sanctorum only through 4 lanes and have darshan of Lord Ramlala.
After the consecration of Lord Ramlala, a crowd of 4 to 5 lakh devotees gathered in the Ram temple every day for several days. The day before, the system had also broken down. UP CM Yogi Adityanath himself had to reach Ayodhya and get the system rectified. Even now more than one lakh devotees are having darshan of Lord Ramlala every day. There is already a possibility of a big increase in the number of devotees on Ram Navami. In such a situation, Ayodhya administration is also making arrangements to ensure that no accident happens.
