Ramdev also got a blow from Delhi High Court: Ramdev should take back his claims on allopathy and coronil in three days, Delhi High Court ordered

New Delhi. In a setback to yoga guru Ramdev and his associate Balkrishna, the Delhi High Court has ordered them to withdraw their claims blaming allopathy for the deaths caused by Covid-19 and promoting Patanjali’s medicine Coronil. The High Court has given three days to Ramdev and Patanjali for this. This petition was filed in the Delhi High Court on behalf of several associations of allopathic doctors.

Ramdev launched Coronil tablet manufactured by Patanjali during the Corona epidemic, calling it a medicine for Corona. While promoting this medicine, Ramdev claimed that the consumption of this tablet not only increases immunity but it is also effective in the treatment of Corona. Along with this, Ramdev also commented on allopathic medicines. The petition of the Indian Medical Association in this matter is still pending in the Supreme Court. Ramdev is facing a lot of embarrassment in this matter. The Supreme Court has reprimanded Ramdev and Balkrishna several times during the hearing of this case.

The affidavit given by Ramdev in the Supreme Court had already reached the media, on this too the Supreme Court reprimanded Ramdev and rejected his apology. Even after the order of the Supreme Court, Ramdev had to publish the apology twice publicly in the newspapers. Ramdev had first published a small size apology, on which the Supreme Court had asked in a harsh tone whether the apology was in the same size in which Patanjali had advertised, after which Ramdev had to publish the apology again in a larger size. At the same time, after the reprimand of the Supreme Court, the Uttarakhand government has suspended the manufacturing licenses of some Patanjali products.
